Friends,
 
I wanted to ask your prayers for our dear friend and homeschooling father, Eric Davis. Heather, Eric’s wife, just called our home to let us know that Eric suffered a severe heart attack this evening. The doctors do not know if Eric will make it through the night.
 
Eric and Heather live in the Modesto area. Eric serves as a deacon in one of our sister churches.
 
This past summer, we had the opportunity to visit with them shortly after the adoption of their youngest two children. They are examples of Christian hospitality and charity. In total, the Davis family has 6 wonderful children. I am honored to call Eric my friend.
 
Please lift Eric and the rest of the Davis family up to the Throne this evening.
